FACT....

Okkervil River's Black is the probably, possibly the greatest angry song ever written. And it's super angry. Disturbing as hell angry. I highly, highly recommend sitting in car and singing it SHOUTY style at people in traffic.

Meditation? Pft. Medication? Bah. JUST GET SHOUTY.
